 From 1992 to 2000, belonged to venture capital (JAFCO/Hikari Tsushin).

 I'm in the due diligence business. Conducted financial content analysis, business content evaluation, and growth potential evaluation for over 100 cases, and not only discovered investment targets in the investment department, but also has a track record of MBO and IPO.

 ■Management experience

 ①From 2000, I became the representative director of a monthly condominium management company. Involved in overall establishment of operational methods at start-up, including procurement of rooms for new tenants (rental and purchase), development of equipment procurement routes, development of reservation operation systems, preparation of sales and operation manuals, etc. Also responsible for finance, such as raising funds from banks (funds for new room purchases, working capital) and concluding contracts with equipment leasing companies. We also established a management system in preparation for listing.

 ②From 2001 to 2005, I became the CFO of a software development and sales company. I also established a new EC department for my company. Additionally, I became the president of a long-established music software company.

 ③From 2005, I became the CEO of WebMoney, a Fintech company. I promoted the business, built an organizational structure, etc., and took this company to the public. .

 During my activities from 2000 to 2010, I acted as the president of an IT company, building a network with IT company managers and key personnel, and at the same time gained various experiences in the IT business.

 ④In 2010 and 2023, at the request of the bank, I assumed the position of CEO of the restructured company and led the company's restructuring. At the same time, I have been working on setting up an offshore software development base in Bangladesh.
